These terms govern your use of the Fino mobile application, operated by Kunal Behbudzade, a sole developer based in Türkiye ("the operator"). By using Fino, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Fino provides information and general market commentary produced by an automated system. It is not investment, financial, legal, accounting or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security or other asset.
The operator is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or financial institution, and using Fino does not create an advisory or fiduciary relationship. Fino does not know your financial situation, objectives or risk tolerance, and nothing it produces is tailored advice. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions, and you should consult a licensed professional before acting. Past performance does not predict future results, and investing carries the risk of losing money.
Fino summarises third-party sources and generates commentary using artificial intelligence. AI systems can produce information that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, and market data may be delayed or wrong. We do not warrant that anything shown in the app is accurate, complete, current or fit for any purpose. Verify anything that matters before you rely on it.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time.
Fino creates an anonymous account tied to your device; there is no password to protect. You are responsible for the device you use and for activity that occurs through it. You may delete your account at any time from within the app, which permanently erases your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
You agree not to: use Fino unlawfully or for market manipulation; attempt to circumvent usage limits, security controls or authentication; access the service by automated means or resell access; reverse engineer the app except where that right cannot lawfully be restricted; or submit content that infringes the rights of others.
Generating answers has a real cost, so the service applies fair-use limits — including a cap on how many questions can be asked in a day. We may adjust these limits at any time, including for individual accounts, to keep the service running for everyone.
Fino may offer paid subscriptions that unlock additional features. Purchases are processed by Apple through your App Store account; we never receive your payment details.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store account settings — deleting the app does not cancel it. Prices may vary by region and may change; where required, changes take effect only after notice and, where applicable, your consent.
Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. Unused portions of a free trial, if offered, are forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
The app, its design, the Fino name and character, and its underlying software belong to Kunal Behbudzade. These terms grant you a personal, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the app. News content shown in the app remains the property of its respective publishers.
Fino relies on third-party providers, including for AI processing, analytics, notifications and subscription management, and it links to third-party news sources. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices. See the Privacy Policy for what is shared with whom.
You may stop using Fino at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached or if required to protect the service or other users.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any trading or investment losses, lost profits or lost data arising from your use of Fino. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This does not remove protections you have under the mandatory law of your country of residence.
